A leading EV charging solution provider in Taiwan has adopted Delta’s Manual Smart Press-Fit Machine DPF-M20 to optimize high-mix and frequent-changeover IGBT manufacturing processes.
The DPF-M20’s real-time monitoring function allows users to define multiple peak values for key parameters according to process requirements and track the operation in real time.
When the force-displacement curve exceeds the preset peak values, the system triggers an immediate stop to prevent defects from entering downstream processes.
